The resort of Kapalua is surrounded by natural boundaries of ocean and mountains and has evolved from pineapple plantations into one of the world's most desirable golf resorts. It is the golf mecca of the Pacific, a seven-time Golf Magazine Gold Medal winner and home of the PGA Tour's season opening Mercedes Championships. Two championship courses of dramatically distinctive character, The Bay, and Plantation challenge players of all abilities.
